Training is held at Vale of White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre Audlett Drive, Abingdon. We work on a "pay as you train" basis.
Equipment
To train, you will need trainers, gym clothing and a positive attitude.
You may wish to buy some sparring equipment

Individual Coaching
Small groups and one to one coaching is available in addition to the scheduled classes.
These sessions are tailored to your individual training needs.
The scope of the session is to improve your technique, power, speed and sparring.
A 90 minute session costs £35 Please call Chris Reeve on 07525 975 467 to discuss further.
Club Membership
If you want to join, please complete membership application form
If you want to take your training to the next level by working with pads / sparring / grading you will need to join the club. You do not need to join straight away, your instructor will recommend you join when they feel you are ready.
New membership costs £20 for under 16 and £23 for senior.
All membership lasts for 12 months. Once you have joined, the following year you wil be required to renew (£18 for Junior and £21 for senior).
